Attorney responsible for representing clients in civil and commercial proceedings at all stages, including in mediation and settlement negotiations, as well as in criminal and administrative proceedings.
In civil and commercial proceedings, he focuses on representing organizations and managers in cases related to claims arising from commercial agreements and management contracts, as well as economic abuses. He has extensive experience in mass claims for insurance settlements against insurance companies. He has represented clients whose constitutionally guaranteed rights or freedoms were violated in cases before the Constitutional Tribunal. He has collaborated in legal proceedings with the Commissioner for Human Rights, the Commissioner for Children’s Rights, the Financial Ombudsman, and the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights.
He participates in investigative proceedings within organizations aimed at detecting abuses. He has extensive experience in representing organizations and managers in criminal proceedings concerning economic crimes, particularly in cases of economic fraud, actions detrimental to the organization, actions detrimental to creditors, and money laundering. He handles administrative cases concerning fines imposed on organizations and managers.
He is fluent in English.
