This Privacy Policy constitutes a set of rules for the processing and protection of personal data of Users using the Website www.stocki.co (hereinafter also referred to as the "Website").

1.2. The Website User is any person using it under the terms set out in the Website Regulations. The website performs the functions of obtaining information about Users and their behavior in the following way: a) through information voluntarily entered in forms; b) through cookies (so-called "cookies") saved on Users' end devices.

1.3 .The Administrator makes every effort to protect Users' personal data against unauthorized access by third parties. Personal data of Users using the Website are processed in accordance with the provisions of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922, as amended).

2. Scope of processed data and methods of processing them

2.1 .The processing of personal data of Users using the Website takes place in accordance with the principles set out in the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922, as amended).

2.2. The processing of personal data takes place on the basis of the consent expressed by the Website Use​​​​​​​r and takes place in order to: a) exercise the rights or fulfill obligations arising from legal provisions; b) take actions preceding the conclusion of a contract for the provision of legal services at the User's request; c) adapt the Website to the needs its Users; d) implementation of the Administrator's promotional and commercial activities.

2.3. The website www.stocki.co collects information provided voluntarily by the User. The collected information may include in particular:

a) name and surname; b) postal address; c) e-mail address; d) telephone number.

2.4. Providing the above-mentioned data by the Website User is always voluntary. However, with respect to some functionalities of the Website (e.g. forms), failure to provide data marked as necessary may prevent the User from using these functionalities.

2.5. The data provided in the forms are processed only for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. for contact purposes. The data contained in the form are not made available to third parties other than with the User's consent.

3. Information about cookies

3.1. The website www.stocki.co uses cookies.

3.2. Cookies  are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User's end device and are intended for using websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the end device and a unique number.

3.3. Cookies are used for the following purposes: a) creating statistics that help understand how Website Users use websites, which allows improving their structure and content; b) defining the User's profile in order to display tailored materials in advertising networks, in particular the Google network.

3.4. Cookies are stored on the User's end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the User. The user can delete cookies from the memory of his device through the appropriate functions of the web browser used.

3.5. Cookies do not contain personal data and are not used to transmit it.

4. Changes to the Privacy Policy

4.1. The Administrator reserves the right to change the above Privacy Policy by publishing a new Privacy Policy on the Website www.stocki.co.

4.2. Each change to the Privacy Policy comes into force upon its publication on the Website.
