§1 General Provisions 

1. These Terms and Conditions are in compliance with the obligation arising from Article 8(1)(1) of the Act of July 18, 2002, on Providing Services by Electronic Means (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1219).

2. The Terms and Conditions set out the rules and conditions for using the website of Piotr Stocki Law Firm.

§2 Definitions

1. The terms used in these Terms and Conditions, unless stated otherwise, have the following meanings:

 a) "Administrator" – the data administrator within the meaning of Article 7(4) of the Act of August 29, 1997, on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922);  

b) "Law Firm" – Piotr Stocki Law Firm based in Warsaw, Domaniewska Street 37, 02-672 Warsaw;  

c) "Website" – the website of the Law Firm located at www.stocki.co;  

d) "Terms and Conditions" – the terms and conditions of the Website available at www.stocki.co;  

e) "Personal Data" – personal data as defined in Article 6(1) of the Act of August 29, 1997, on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922);  

f) "User"– any person using the Website under the terms specified in these Terms and Conditions;  

g) "Contact Form" – a feature of the Website that allows the User to contact the Law Firm to initiate actions leading to the conclusion of a legal services agreement at the User’s request.

§3 Scope of Services 

1. The services provided through the Website include:  

a) providing Users with content on the Website, including information about the Law Firm and the services it provides, information regarding the ongoing activities of the Law Firm, as well as articles and publications o n legal issues;  

b) allowing Users to send text messages to the Law Firm via the Contact Form.  

2. Using the Contact Form requires the User to provide necessary information, such as their name, email address, and phone number.

3. The Law Firm's use of the data provided by the User for the Contact Form is in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Website.

§4 Rules for Using the Website 

1. Use of the Website is governed by the provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions.

2. The use of the Website by Users is voluntary and free of charge.

3. By using the Website, the User accepts these Terms and Conditions and agrees to the use of cookies by the Website.

4. The User is obliged to use the Website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the applicable laws, and good practices.

5. The following actions are prohibited for Users, particularly:  a) providing false or misleading personal data or other information used when accessing the Website’s features, including the Contact Form;  b) submitting unlawful content, including defamatory or infringing on the personal rights of the Law Firm, its associates, or third parties;  c) interfering with the functioning of the Website and its code, using or placing viruses or other malicious software, as well as prohibited extensions, redirects, or any tools that could negatively affect the functioning of the Website, devices, or software used by the Law Firm or other Users.

§5 Technical Requirements 

1. Using the Website requires a device that allows access to the Internet and is equipped with a web browser.

2. The Website uses cookies. Detailed information about the cookies used is provided in the Privacy Policy of the Website.

§6 Complaint Procedure 

1. The User has the right to submit complaints regarding the proper functioning of the Website to the email address: biuro@stocki.co.

2. A User utilizing services described in § 3 of these Terms and Conditions has the right to submit complaints to the email address: biuro@stocki.co.

3. Complaints should include a detailed description of the issue and the User’s email address for a response. The Law Firm reserves the right to request additional information from the User necessary to address the complaint.

4. A response to the complaint will be provided to the User within 14 days of receiving all the necessary information as described in paragraph 3 above.

§7 Liability 

1. Due to technical reasons, the Website may experience malfunctions or other issues. These events may temporarily prevent or hinder access to or proper use of the Website.

2. The Law Firm is not liable for malfunctions of the Website caused by the events described in paragraph 1, or for any other reasons beyond the Law Firm’s control.

§8 Amendments to the Terms and Conditions 

1. The Law Firm reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions come into effect on the date the revised Terms and Conditions are published on the Website.

§9 Final Provisions

1. Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions are subject to the applicable provisions of Polish law.

2. These Terms and Conditions come into effect on the date of their publication on the Website.
