Regulations of the website www.stocki.co
§ 1 General provisions
1. These Regulations constitute the fulfillment of the obligation arising from Art. 8 section 1 point 1 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1219).
2. The Regulations specify the conditions and rules for using the website of the Piotr Stocki Law Firm.
3. The entity operating the website www.stocki.co is:

§ 2 Definitions
1. The terms used in these Regulations, unless the further provisions of the Regulations clearly provide otherwise, have the following meanings:
a) Administrator – data controller within the meaning of Art. 7 point 4 of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922);
b) Law Firm - Piotr Stocki Law Firm based in Warsaw, ul. Domaniewska 37, 02-672 Warszawa;
c) Website - the website of the Law Firm located at www.stocki.co;
d) Regulations - regulations of the Website available at: www.stocki.co;
e) Personal data - personal data within the meaning of art. 6 section 1 of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922);
f) User - any person using the Website on the terms specified in the Regulations;
g) Contact Form - functionality of the Website enabling The User may contact the Law Firm in order to take steps prior to concluding a contract for the provision of legal services at the User's request.
§ 3 Scope of services provided
1. The services provided as part of the Website consist in: a) making the content of the Website available to Users, including: information regarding the Law Firm and the scope of services it provides, information regarding the current activities of the Law Firm, as well as articles and publications on legal issues; b) enabling Users to Pages sending a text message to the Law Firm via the Contact Form.
2. Using the Contact Form requires the User to provide the necessary data, i.e. his name and surname, e-mail address and telephone number.
3. The Law Firm uses the data provided by the User for the purposes of the Contact Form in a manner consistent with the provisions of the Website's Privacy Policy.
§ 4 Rules of using the Website
1. The Website is used on the terms described in these Regulations.
2. Users' use of the Website is voluntary and free of charge.
3. Use of the Website by the User is tantamount to acceptance of the provisions of these Regulations and consent to the use of cookies by the Website.
4. The User is obliged to use the Website in a manner consistent with the provisions of these Regulations, legal provisions and good practices.
5. Users are in particular prohibited from:
a) providing false or misleading personal data or other information when using the functionalities of the Website, in particular the Contact Form;
b) providing illegal content, including defamatory content or content violating the personal rights of the Law Firm , persons cooperating with it or third parties;
c) any interference in the operation of the Website and its code, using or uploading viruses and other malicious software, as well as prohibited extensions, redirections and any instruments that could negatively affect the functioning of the Website, devices and software used by the Law Firm or other Users.
§ 5 Technical requirements
1. Using the Website requires a device enabling access to the Internet and equipped with a web browser.
2. The website uses cookies. Detailed information about the cookies used can be found in the Website's Privacy Policy.
§ 6 Complaint procedure
1. The User has the right to raise objections regarding the proper functioning of the Website to the e-mail address: biuro@stocki.co.
2. The User using the services specified in § 3 of these Regulations has the right to submit complaints to the e-mail address: biuro@stocki.co.
3. Objections and complaints reported by the User should include a detailed description of the problem and the User's e-mail address enabling return contact regarding the report. The Law Firm reserves the right to ask the User to provide additional information necessary to respond to the notification.
4. A response to the notification will be provided to the User within 14 days of receiving full information, to the extent consistent with section. 3 above.
§ 7 Liability
1. Due to technical reasons, it is possible that the Website may fail or other irregularities may occur in its operation. These events may temporarily prevent or impede operations
2. The Law Firm is not responsible for any irregularities in the functioning of the Website resulting from the events described in section 1, as well as for other reasons beyond the control of the Law Firm.
§ 8 Changes to the regulations
1. The Law Firm reserves the right to make changes to the content of the Regulations.
2. Any changes in the content of the Regulations come into force on the day of publishing the new wording of the Regulations on the Website.
§ 9 Final provisions
1. In matters not regulated by the Regulations, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
2. The Regulations enter into force on the day of their publication on the Website.
